Manager - MQA Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for build and outgoing quality of engines Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution Weekly publishing of IQA station rework/rejection quality report with action plan Responsible for reduction of COPQ Lead for Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and concern closure Responsible for effective implementation of SPC on shop floor Responsible for planning and conducting the MSA in assembly Involvement in new projects to ensure the quality requirements as per as per PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants & Mahindra dealerships. Team management of 3 to 4 associates Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile General Experience 5 to 10 years (minimum) In Automobile industry Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Component Development ISO/IEC 17025 Testing & Calibration Microsoft Office Project Management Monitoring SST Parameters System Generated Secondary Skills Product Knowledge - Vehicle System Experience Level Mid Level
