Job description
Job Purpose To drive sales volume and revenue growth for mineral water products by developing new customer accounts, managing existing distributor/retailer relationships, and ensuring strong market presence in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, HoReCa (hotels/restaurants/cafes) accounts, and institutional/bulk buyers Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat orders and timely payments Conduct regular market visits to track stock availability, shelf placement, and competitor activity Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders Collect and forward market feedback on pricing, packaging, and product quality Ensure proper merchandising and branding at retail points (POS material, coolers, signage) Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections within credit terms Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports (DSR) and market visit reports Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and trade schemes Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market share in the territory
