Position: AIDC Sales Executive / Sales Manager Locations : Ahmedabad Chennai Kolkata Mumbai Experience : 3–7 Years Gender: Male / Female Employment Type : Full-time Industry: AIDC / RFID / Barcode / Industrial Automation / B2B Hardware Sales   Key Responsibilities * Drive B2B sales of AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) products and solutions. * Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, retail, healthcare, and related industries. * Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiations & order closure. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable RFID, barcode, automation, and mobility solutions. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. * Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. * Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely closure of opportunities.     Required Skills & Qualifications * 3–7 years of relevant experience in B2B hardware/solution sales. * Experience in the AIDC, RFID, Barcode, Industrial Automation, or related technology industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of RFID and Barcode products and solutions . * Good understanding of industrial automation products and solutions . * Candidates from the same or closely related industry will be preferred. * Proven experience in B2B sales and business development. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. * Ability to understand technical products and translate customer requirements into suitable solutions. * Target-oriented and proactive approach to sales.     Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience selling RFID, barcode, AIDC, industrial automation, mobility, scanners, printers, or other B2B hardware/technology solutions will be highly preferred.   Both male and female candidates can apply .
