Your TasksPre-Joining Coordination Manage candidate communication, joining-date confirmation, offer acceptance and pre-joining activities. Document & BGV Management – Collect and verify joining documents, initiate BGV and ensure all requirements are completed before joining. Darwinbox & Recruitment Updates – Maintain 100% accurate recruitment and onboarding status in Darwinbox and update candidate/employee records on time. Joining & Induction Coordination – Coordinate joining-day formalities, induction, HR documentation, IT access, email ID, assets and other onboarding requirements. Tracking & Continuous Improvement – Track joiners, no-shows, pending documents and BGV status; maintain MIS/dashboard and support 30/60/90-day feedback while identifying process improvements.
