Job Description Daily Work Conduct morning meetings to review today's tasks and yesterday's achievements Check work quality and ensure all work is completed as per approved drawings Prepare and send DPR (Daily Progress Report) to the Project Manager Share next day planning and work schedule Update important work lists and daily progress with the Manager Follow up on job list activities and ensure timely completion Monitor day-to-day site cleaning and housekeeping Control and monitor material wastage at site Ensure work is completed as per checklist requirements Fill and maintain activity-wise checklists for all site work Weekly Work Review weekly targets and achievements Conduct weekly meetings with contractors to discuss targets and progress Monitor project bar chart and work schedules Ensure weekly work progress is aligned with project timelines Monthly Work Review monthly targets and achievements Track overall site progress against monthly planning Report key project updates and pending work to management Preferred Candidate Profile Must have experience in the Construction Industry Preference will be given to candidates with Residential Project experience Good knowledge of site execution, quality control, and project coordination Strong follow-up and reporting skills Ability to handle contractors and monitor daily site activities Basic knowledge of drawings, DPR preparation, and checklist management Skills DRAWING READING MANAGERIAL SKILL BASIC EXCEL AUTOCAD BASIC KNOWLEDGE ESTIMATATION PROJECT PLANNING BAR CHART Interview & Job Location: - Second Floor, Rameshwar Crystal Bungalows & Complex, Near Sri Satya Sai Heart Hospital, Sarkhej Dholka Higway, Kasindra, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382210
