Job Description – E-commerce Manager Experience: 3–4 Years Department: E-commerce / Marketplace Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our E-commerce and Quick Commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon E-trade and Quick Commerce platforms, along with strong analytical and Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, sales growth, inventory management, catalogue management, promotions, reporting, and coordination with marketplace teams. Key Responsibilities E-commerce / Marketplace Management - Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon E-trade and other E-commerce platforms. - Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, promotions, inventory and order-related activities. - Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, returns, cancellations and overall marketplace performance. - Coordinate with marketplace teams for POs, FC appointments, inventory availability, listing issues, pricing and operational concerns. - Track and resolve issues related to inventory, payments, deductions, returns, claims and marketplace operations. - Monitor product availability and ensure healthy in-stock levels across marketplaces. - Analyse sales and identify opportunities for improving revenue and profitability. Quick Commerce Management - Manage and coordinate business operations across Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and DMart Ready. - Monitor daily sales, inventory, availability, orders and fulfilment across Quick Commerce platforms. - Coordinate with category managers / account managers for POs, replenishment, stock availability, pricing, promotions and visibility. - Track store/warehouse-level inventory and identify OOS issues. - Analyse platform-wise performance and implement actions to improve sales and availability. - Support onboarding and launch of new SKUs across Quick Commerce platforms. Data Analysis & Reporting - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly E-commerce & Quick Commerce performance reports. - Analyse key metrics such as Sales, ASP, Units, Conversion Rate, Traffic, OOS %, Returns, Inventory, Gross Margin and profitability. - Develop Excel-based dashboards and reports for management. - Identify trends, gaps and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable insights. - Maintain accurate SKU-wise and platform-wise sales and inventory trackers. Excel & Analytical Skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. - Ability to handle large datasets and create structured MIS reports. - Knowledge of dashboards and advanced Excel functions will be an added advantage. Required Skills & Experience - 3–4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations. - Hands-on experience with Amazon E-trade is mandatory/preferred. - Experience handling Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and DMart Ready will be highly preferred. - Strong understanding of E-commerce and Quick Commerce business operations. - Good knowledge of inventory, orders, POs, pricing, promotions, returns and marketplace operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously. - Experience in working with OMS/ERP systems such as EasyEcom, Unicommerce, etc. will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be data-driven, proactive and commercially oriented, with strong hands-on marketplace experience. The candidate should be comfortable working with marketplace account managers, analysing business performance, identifying operational gaps and taking ownership of day-to-day E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations.
