Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Field Service solutions. Configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) features, workflows, and automation. Build Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems. Optimize scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce management processes. Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system performance and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient field service solutions.
