The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and a customerfocused approach. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan products. • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan options. • Follow-up with interested customers and ensure end-to-end coordination. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly. • Handle queries, objections, and provide complete product information. • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/Banking guidelines.
