You’ll interact with customers, understand their concerns, provide the right solutions, and create a positive customer experience. Language RequirementsHindi & English – Mandatory Any ONE regional language – Kannada / Tamil What You’ll Do Handle customer calls professionally – inbound and outbound Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience Achieve daily productivity and performance targets Who Can Apply?
