What youll do JD: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin andJava. Strong knowledge of Android foreground services, AIDL, and content providers. They take huge margin on you salaries initially they lure you to join by giving you joining bonus, for which they keep a bond for 2 years (same service class company mentality) Management are like sales people they only pressure employees to ask from client to get new candidates from Tessolve, worst thing is for freshers they keep a bond of 3-4 years and keep them on a very low salary package and as a bondage labour. Worst thing is once you are out the company they will not bother to do your full and final settlement for 2-3 months, you need to send multiple reminders and in that also they will deduct everything from salary and shows it got deducted as TDS which they don’t deposit to Income Tax Department. Funny thing is they ask for the laptop’s company bag to return also while you leave the company which clearly show how stingy and unthankful to you. They will only respect you until you in project as they are earning brokerage from you hard work, and once project is over they create false circumstances and try to put you in PIP and as pressure you to give resignation, overall it is money minded HR company which is only thriving on the brokerage.
