Job description

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues. Install, configure, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices. Provide support for Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and enterprise applications.
