Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other clinical and non-clinical departments. Ensure smooth patient admission, discharge, and overall patient service coordination. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and grievance resolution. Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support services. Ensure effective coordination between various hospital departments. Assist in implementing hospital policies, procedures, and SOPs. Support quality initiatives and hospital accreditation requirements, including NABH. Prepare MIS reports and administrative reports for management. Monitor patient satisfaction and support service quality improvements. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements. Conduct regular rounds and monitor cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. Candidate Profile Qualification: MHA Master of Hospital Administration. Experience: 35 years in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Operations. Experience in a hospital or multi-speciality healthcare facility is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of hospital operations and patient service management. Knowledge of NABH standards will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office and hospital management systems.
