Job Responsibilities:Call potential leads and explain the details of our courses. Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to maintain engagement. Send relevant course materials, promotional offers, and updates to prospective students. Maintain and update lead databases with accurate details and feedback. Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar sales role, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and WhatsApp for professional communication. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
