Key Responsibilities Installation & Maintenance ¢ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators. Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning activities as assigned. Ensure equipment operates safely and eiciently. Troubleshooting & Repairs ¢ ¢ ¢ Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. Attend service calls and rectify issues within stipulated timelines. Replace defective components and perform corrective maintenance. Safety & Compliance ¢ ¢ ¢ Follow company safety policies and site regulations. Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards. Maintain service records and documentation accurately. Customer Support ¢ ¢ ¢ Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance activities. Address customer concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Reporting ¢ ¢ Submit daily service reports and maintenance checklists. Update supervisors on pending issues and site requirements. Qualications ¢ ¢ ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline. Experience in elevators, escalators, electrical maintenance, or industrial equipment preferred.
