The role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing embedded insurance solutions, managing end-to-end implementation, and driving business growth across the Western region. Experience in managing West (Maharashtra & Gujarat) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute partnership strategy with Banks, NBFCs, SFBs, MFIs, HFCs and FinTechs. • Identify, negotiate and onboard new financial institution partners. • Launch customized insurance solutions including Credit Life, Loan Protection, Group Health, Personal Accident, Asset, MSME and Embedded Insurance products. • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including commercial negotiations, legal documentation, compliance, implementation and relationship management. • Coordinate with insurers for product development. • Drive API integrations, CRM implementation and digital onboarding. • Conduct business reviews and achieve revenue/profitability targets. • Build relationships with CXOs, Product Heads, Risk and Distribution teams. Key Skills • Relationship Management with Banks & NBFCs • Insurance Product Development & Embedded Insurance • Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Negotiation • Program & Project Management • Knowledge of IRDAI regulations • Stakeholder Management & Business Development • Technology Integration (API, CRM & Digital Platforms) • Leadership, Communication & Presentation Skills Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). • 10–15 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Bancassurance or Financial Institution Partnerships. • Proven experience in strategic partnerships and insurance product implementation. • Strong network with Banks and NBFCs is preferred.
