Requirement Position – FIELD EXECUTIVE Vacancies Available: 20 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Qualification: 12th Pass or above Skills Required: Good communication, customer handling, negotiation, and basic reporting skills Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Commission + ₹2,000 Petrol Allowance Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply Location: Nashik , Maharashtra JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Visit delinquent customers at their homes or workplaces to discuss overdue payments and initiate collection efforts. Understand customers' financial situations and identify suitable recovery approaches. Negotiate repayment plans, including installment arrangements, to facilitate timely debt recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships. Collect payments from customers as per company process and ensure proper documentation and transaction records. Follow all applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies during customer interactions. Regularly update management on collection progress, outstanding amounts, recovery status, and customer interactions. Accurately update customer feedback, payment commitments, agreed terms, and interaction details in the CRM system. Upload proper feedback and collection trails in the CRM on a regular basis. Travel to different locations to meet customers at their homes, workplaces, or other relevant locations. Handle customer queries and escalated issues professionally and refer complex cases to the concerned department when required. Maintain professional and ethical communication with customers throughout the collection process.
