Employee Life Cycle:

• Recruitment and Selection Process
• Must be familier to handle JOB Portels, and also with RESDEX to get the best employee for the company at reasonable cost.
• Prepare the Job Analysis and Description of the vacant position or newly created Position
• To conduct Interview Rounds, and make evaluation excel sheet for effective comparison sheet so as to recruit the right person on the organisation

To Drive the new ways of Recruitment Like Campus & Job fair

Onboarding & Induction: Implement the Induction Process of the Team as and when they Joined and they Promoted to new Positions,

• Preparing the Induction Syllabus
• Preparing the Joining Kit
• ON-BOARDING the new employee with in the organisation and arrange necessary trainings, also identify the needs of training and review his performance weekly

Audit: Must have experience in handling Audits ISO/ SEDEX, and to maintain the necessary paper work for the same,

Payroll :To create and implement a Transparent Payroll Process for all the team members at all factory locations.

• Keep the records of the Late Comers and Early Going Employees
• Keep the records of Advances and Loans as per the company policies

Maintain the records and calculation of Bonus

Attendance Management: Check and Review daily attendance of all employees and maintain monthly attendance database. Monitor absenteeism & late coming record of employees.

Award–Reward:To implement the Award–Reward Process, to ensure the team gets engaged and motivated at the Work Place

• To conduct Employee Feedback and Surveys
• To manage the Grievances of the team members as and when arise and solve those issues amicably

PMS: To be the custodian of the Performance Management Process to ensure the efficiency of the team achieved

• Prepare the KRA – KPI with the help of the Reporting Manager

Exit Management: To follow the Exit Process (Voluntary and Involuntary) in a way that the position doesn’t remain vacant to avoid the opportunity cost

Training & Development: To analyse and make monthly training schedule, and conduct the training on shop floor as per scheduled training plan, and review the effectiveness of the training and taking feedback employees fom the trainees

HR Policies: To ensure all the company policies get implemented amicably, and keep the record of Policy deviation and present it during the monthly meeting with Directors.

MIS : To Prepare HR Analytics and MIS Ex. Absenteeism rate, Attrition Rate, Overtime data, Salary to Turnover Data, Department wise data Etc. on a Monthly / Quarterly basis

Manpower Planning & Shift management : To manage the shifts and ensure all essential team members are available during their shift, (in case of vacuum plan overtime by consulting the Production Manager)

Legal Compliance : To manage the Compliances Activities like PF, ESIC, Audit Registers, Etc.

Employee Engagement : To manage and lead the Celebration activities and organized it with full enthusiasm

To Ensure the Hygiene remains up to the level in all factory premises and all working station

To participate in internal as well as external Audits, get it Cleared

To manage the Human Resource Related PR Activity on Professional Media Like LinkedIn, Glassdoor Etc.

Candidate should have experience working on a printing line.

Pay: ₹70,000.82 - ₹80,000.53 per month
