About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources. This internship offers practical, real-time exposure to HR functions while working with a dynamic and growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate with candidates and HR team during the recruitment process

Assist in day-to-day HR activities and documentation

Gain real-time exposure to various HR functions

Support the HR team in maintaining smooth organizational processes

Passion for Human Resources

Good Communication & Organizational Skills

Willingness to Learn & Take Initiative

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment

Work From Home Requirements

Laptop – Mandatory

Stable Wi-Fi/Internet Connection – Mandatory

Ability to maintain regular communication and work discipline
