Manage site HR operations and ensure manpower availability. Handle recruitment, replacements, attendance and leave management. Ensure labour-law and statutory compliance. Manage employee records, uniforms, IDs and welfare facilities. Coordinate accommodation, transportation and medical examinations. Manage training calendars and employee participation. Handle EPF, ESIC, HR MIS and statutory remittances. Support workforce and employee relations.
