Job description
Manage end-to-end procurement for high-rise residential/commercial projects. Prepare material procurement plans based on BOQs and project schedules. Source and evaluate vendors, quotations and technical specifications. Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules. Track material availability, POs, deliveries and vendor performance. Coordinate with project, engineering, QS, finance and site teams. Drive cost savings, quality compliance and timely material delivery.
