Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day execution of interior and civil works at project sites. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and clients. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules. Supervise civil, partition, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical and other interior-related works. Read and understand architectural, civil and MEP drawings. Check measurements, material requirements, and quantities at site. Ensure proper quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for project execution. Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Coordinate inspections and rectify quality or execution issues. Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
