The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience, specifically within real estate, and must be a graduate.In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to potential clients to gather data and follow up on customer inquiries. As a Telecaller, you will engage with clients, explaining our real estate projects, and ensuring timely communication to enhance customer relationships.Key responsibilities include:- Conducting outbound calls to collect client data and provide information about our new projects in Govardhan.- Following up with customers to address queries and gather their feedback.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data collected.We expect our Telecaller to have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, as engaging with customers is a primary task. You should also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage client information.
