Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential and existing customers regarding private charter services Handle incoming charter enquiries professionally Understand customer requirements such as route, date, passenger count and aircraft preference Follow up with interested clients and leads Share charter quotations and basic service information Coordinate with the Charter Sales and Operations team Maintain customer and lead details in CRM Follow up on WhatsApp, phone and email Build long-term relationships with corporate and high-value clients Achieve monthly lead and booking targets Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi Confident and professional telephone etiquette Basic computer and CRM knowledge Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills Sales-focused and target-oriented mindset Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, telesales or customer service preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
