The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installation and commissioning activities at solar project sites. Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers. Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, earthing, LT/HT systems, and electrical equipment Read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and technical specifications. Monitor daily site progress and prepare site reports. Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and project requirements. Inspect materials and verify installation quality. Identify and resolve site-level technical issues. Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and material usage. Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.Required Skills Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV installations. Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs. Good communication and site-coordination skills. Willingness to travel to project sites. Ability to manage site workers and subcontractors. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred. Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualities Strong problem-solving ability. Good teamwork and leadership skills. Willingness to work at project sites.
