NoidaPosted: 3+ weeks agoOpenings: 1Applicants: 100+HR Operations & Payroll ExecutiveHigh Street Essentials3.4162 ReviewsJob descriptionRole OverviewWe are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and payroll activities for corporate and warehouse employees, ensuring accurate payroll inputs, employee records, attendance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly payroll inputs for corporate and warehouse employees, including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other salary components.Calculate and validate overtime for warehouse employees and ensure accurate payroll processing.Coordinate with third-party manpower vendors for warehouse employees' attendance, payroll inputs, joining, exits, documentation, and other HR operations.Manage employee attendance, leave, and regularisation through GreytHR.Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, overtime, PF, ESIC, and HR policies.Support basic PF and ESIC processes and coordinate with relevant vendors/consultants.Prepare basic HR MIS related to headcount, attendance, overtime, payroll, and employee movements.Coordinate with HR, Finance, warehouse teams, and manpower vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.Support employee lifecycle activities including joining, onboarding, transfers, and exits.Requirements1-3 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll.Hands-on experience with GreytHR or similar HRIS.Good understanding of payroll inputs, attendance, and overtime calculations.Basic knowledge of PF and ESIC.Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.Experience handling both corporate and blue-collar/warehouse workforce will be preferred.Role: HR Operations - Other,Industry Type: Internet (E-Commerce),Department: Human Resources,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: HR OperationsEducationUG: Any Graduateread moreKey SkillsSkills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskillsPayroll ProcessingHR OpsEmployee Life CycleAbout the companyHigh Street Essentials RetailD2CPrivateCorporateFollow27.4k followers OverviewSince its inception in 2012, High Street Essentials Pvt.
