Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels . Screen candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews. Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. RequirementsFreshers with good communication skills can apply. 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience preferred. Good English communication and interpersonal skills . Comfortable working with recruitment targets. Basic knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Immediate joiners are preferred.
