Identify potential customers and generate leads through DSA, connectors, references and other channels. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan/LAP solutions. Collect and verify required customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams. Follow up on cases to ensure timely login, sanction and disbursement. Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets. Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate referral business. Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and compliance requirements. Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan and/or LAP sales. Candidates with experience in mortgage/retail asset sales will be preferred. Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products and the local market. Experience in direct sourcing and DSA/connector channel management. Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
