Lead Assembly Technician About Us We design and manufacture robots. We are now moving into batch production. Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Experience 3-8 years in mechanical fitting, mechanical assembly, inward quality control in new product manufacturing and production environments. Key Responsibilities Incoming quality inspection of all parts Sub-assembly and final assembly of fabricated parts Shop floor line supervision Operator training Assembly records and documentation Technical Skills Required Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, fits & tolerances, and SOPs Fastening and torque control of precision assemblies Mechanical assembly methods Optimal assembly sequence creation Measuring instruments (vernier, height gauge, and metrology Basic wiring and connectors Preferred Engine or gearbox overhaul · OEM or dealer workshop · 5S · basic computer use Selection Process Interview with the team — 30 minutes Practical test on the shop floor The practical test will be fully explained on the day.
