The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and team leadership. Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Full Stack development teams across multiple projects. Drive technical architecture, design reviews, and solution implementation. Collaborate with product owners, customers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps. Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across teams. Work closely with Atlassian consultants and platform teams to integrate custom solutions with Jira and Confluence. Required Skills Backend: Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, Strong Python skills with exposure to Fast API and Django/ Flask. Proficient in Event driven architecture, Queuing, Caching and architecting at scale while ensuring performance, security and compliance. Frontend: React.js (Preferred) or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive UI Development. Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Database Design & Performance Optimization. Cloud & DevOps: AWS EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, REDIS, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, Maven, Gradle. Atlassian Ecosystem: Jira, Confluence, Jira REST APIs, Atlassian Integrations, Atlassian Plugin/App Development (Good to Have). Leadership: Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Mentoring, Agile/Scrum. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams. Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application architecture. Experience managing end-to-end project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Atlassian certifications. AWS certifications. Experience working with enterprise customers.
