Engineer cloudnative solutions that scale Design and ship eventdriven services in Node.js or .NET on Azure, leveraging PaaS capabilities, Cosmos DB, and thoughtful integrations with legacy systems. Code with quality at the core Champion TDD, automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and continuous refactoringusing AI tools to move faster while raising the bar. Deliver with ownership and purpose Partner closely with product and business teams to understand the why, make smart tradeoffs, and take endtoend accountability from concept to customer value. Ship early, often, and confidently Work in a CI/CD environment with frequent production releases and strong observability, ensuring reliability and real impact. Grow the craft and the team Continuously improve architecture, processes, and performance, while mentoring peers in DDD, TDD, and modern engineering practices.
