Learn more about us at: KrishTrip.com About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Travel Sales who can confidently handle customer inquiries, understand their travel requirements and convert genuine leads into successful holiday bookings. This is not a cold-calling / telecalling role . You will primarily work with customer inquiries generated through our business channels . Your responsibility will be to understand the customer's requirements, recommend the right package, follow up professionally and achieve strong conversion performance. We are looking for someone with mature communication, sales ownership and the ability to speak with customers confidently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements. Explain destinations, packages, hotels, inclusions, pricing and travel plans to customers. Recommend suitable packages based on customer requirements and budget. Follow up with interested customers and move enquiries towards booking. Growth Opportunity This role has a clear growth path. Initially, you will focus on learning our products, destinations, systems and sales process and independently handling customer inquiries. Once you demonstrate consistent sales performance and achieve the company's defined benchmarks, you may be given the opportunity to: Build your own sales team. Recruit sales team members under the direction of Higher Management. Train and guide new sales team members. Monitor team performance and conversion. Progress towards a Sales Team Leader / Team Manager role. The opportunity to lead a team will be based on actual sales performance, consistency, leadership ability and business results . Work Details Work From Home Full-Time Permanent 6 Days a Week Performance-Based Incentives: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000+ per month Earnings may vary depending on individual sales performance and successful bookings. Opportunity for additional team-based incentives after progressing into a Sales Team Leader / Team Manager role.
