Looking For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Vile Parle East. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and a Bachelors degree in Commerce (). This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find the best candidates for various roles.- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, providing assistance and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.- Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, supporting managers and employees in setting goals and evaluating performance.- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and overall organizational growth.- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR databases accurately to support various HR functions.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software will be an advantage.
