Job description
Design and deliver sales training and onboarding programs. Develop sales playbooks, messaging, and learning content. Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis to improve sales performance. Track training KPIs and program effectiveness through dashboards. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Manage LMS, coaching programs, and trainer certifications. Support product launches with sales enablement initiatives.
