What You Will Do On-Site Filming (1–2 days/week): Visit residential/commercial job sites with our crew to capture install timelapses, mounting processes, wiring, crew interactions, and quick homeowner testimonials. Editing & Production: Edit 5–10 high-retention short-form videos per month (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips). Publishing & Copywriting: Write clear, engaging captions, pick trending audio/templates, and schedule uploads across our social channels. Storytelling: Turn technical solar details (inverters, net metering, bill savings) into simple, relatable 30-to-60-second hooks. Requirements Gear: A recent smartphone with high-quality 4K 60fps video capabilities (iPhone 13 Pro or newer, high-end Samsung Galaxy S-series, or mirrorless setup). We provide wireless mics and accessories if needed. Editing Skills: Proven portfolio of engaging vertical video edits (clean jump cuts, on-screen text animations, trending sound design, dynamic pacing). Comfort with Field Work: Able to climb access ladders safely and film outdoors on rooftops alongside our installation technicians. Independence: Ability to brainstorm simple hooks, script quick talking points, and execute without needing micromanagement.
