Job description
Lead Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, and Kaizen implementation. Conduct process gap analysis, waste elimination, and cost reduction programs. Implement and sustain 5S, and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices. Drive process re-engineering, cycle time reduction, and defect rate improvement projects. Develop and deploy strategic initiatives aligning quality objectives with business goals.
