Handle billing, discounts, promotions, split payments, vouchers, and transaction reconciliation. Monitor bill accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies. Support inventory control of FOH consumables and minimize wastage. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen communication, and alcohol service standards. Maintain grooming and service standards across the team. Complete incident reporting and operational records accurately and on time. Protect guest data, company assets, and operational equipment. Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma. 3–6 years of restaurant or hospitality experience. Strong English communication skills. Experience handling guest complaints, team supervision, and floor operations. Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant service procedures. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coaching skills. Preferred Experience: High-volume casual dining or family dining experience. Experience training and mentoring team members. Experience handling VIP guests and complex service situations.
