Job description
Manage overall engineering and facility operations. Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs. Manage building utilities, equipment and assets. Coordinate vendors, contractors and AMC service providers. Monitor facility performance and resolve technical issues. Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance. Lead engineering and maintenance teams. Control maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
