Maintain high-net-worth relationship management to deliver quality service and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers; Generate leads through branch interaction, update CRM, and ensure lead conversion; Identify potential customers, enhance product penetration, and strategize with branch teams; Conduct structured client calls, update CRM, and assign tasks to departments; Review portfolio performance with product groups and supervisors monthly; Ensure documentation pre- and post-disbursement and cross-sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, and other products. Customer relationship management Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction; Prepare customer profiles, identify cross-sell opportunities, and resolve queries; Negotiate rates and charges with customers; Provide daily customer service, including cheque referrals, cash management, and trade transactions. The Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited or HDFC Ltd was among the first financial institutions in India to receive an “in principle” approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector. This was done as part of RBI’s policy for liberalisation of the Indian banking industry in 1994. HDFC Bank was incorporated in August 1994 in the name of HDFC Bank Limited, with its registered office in Mumbai, India. The bank commenced operations as a Scheduled Commercial Bank in January 1995. On April 4, 2022 the merger of India’s largest Housing Finance Company, HDFC Limited and the largest private sector bank in India, HDFC Bank, was announced.
