Manage and mentor teams of site surveyors/scanners and interior designers, ensuring efficient lead generation, project planning, and design execution. Develop strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and HNI clients to generate high-value business opportunities. Conduct client consultations, product demonstrations, and design presentations to understand requirements and recommend customized modular kitchen solutions. Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, site visits, quotations, pricing, negotiations, order closures, and after-sales coordination. Establish competitive benchmarks for pricing, product offerings, delivery timelines, and project execution to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversion. Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
