Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to ensure product quality and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials, in-process production and finished products. Perform quality checks as per specifications and quality standards. Identify defects, quality issues and process deviations. Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports. Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation of quality records. Follow company quality procedures and safety standards. Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework. Required SkillsKnowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance . Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments . Understanding of manufacturing processes . Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 5 Why . Good documentation and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
