Job Title: Business Development Executive - (Night Shift) – Freshers WelcomeLocation: Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar (Work from Office)Shift: Night (7 PM – 4 AM)Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday-Sunday off)Reports to: BD Team Lead

What you'll do:

Run outbound BD for INA's Tandem Model (RAAS: Recruiting-as-a-Service) across assigned verticals (Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT).

Research growing/expanding recruiting firms based out of the USA who are supporting their customers with Staffing and Consulting services across Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, and IT.

Work on the ICP classification and identify the right POC, including decision maker and influencer.

Cold call, run LinkedIn Sales Navigator sequences, work email cadences

Elucidate to prospects about INA and its services built for recruiting/consulting firms

Communicate effectively and identify the current practices at the client’s end, their challenges, and bottlenecks

Qualify the prospects at the point of contact using BANT

Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) hygiene such as pipeline management, notes and remarks on outreach and communication for the respective Prospects.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
