Computer Teacher

Key Responsibilities ·         Teaching and Curriculum Development ·         Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of the students. ·         Conduct classes and practical sessions to ensure comprehensive learning of computer skills. ·         Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests ·          Supervision and Guidance of Junior Teachers ·         Supervise Junior Computer Teachers to ensure consistency and quality in teaching methods. ·         Provide mentorship and guidance to improve teaching outcomes. ·         Course Completion and Timelines ·         Ensure all courses are completed within the stipulated timeline of three months. ·         Coordinate with the Centre Head for any adjustments or challenges during course delivery. ·         Student Engagement ·         Actively engage with students to encourage participation, address their doubts, and foster a positive learning environment. ·         Motivate students to achieve their learning goals and overcome challenges. ·         Reporting and Record Keeping: ·         Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress. ·          Submit regular reports to the Centre Head on course progress and student outcomes. ·         Post-Training Impact and Sustenance • Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate the impact of the course. • Provide recommendations for sustaining and improving student learning outcomes.
