Job description

Own monthly D2C revenue, P&L, and growth strategy. Manage and optimise CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, repeat rate. Lead Meta, Google, influencer-led performance, and remarketing campaigns. Improve website funnels, landing pages, CRO, and customer journey. Manage CRM, retention, automation (Klaviyo, WhatsApp, email flows). Drive partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, and communities. Bring a startup/owner mindset — build processes, solve problems, move fast.
