They should also be capable of undertaking machine-building activities and driving process improvements, such as implementing Poka-Yokes, reducing cycle times, and replacing outdated control systems. In addition, the engineer should lead and motivate team members to enhance their performance and skill levels. Responsibilities Ability to write new programs and trouble shooting in PLCs like Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi Should be able to ensure safe operation of Machineries. Should be able work on continuous improvement activities. Should have Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge on new machine Installation and Commissioning. Should have flair for employee relations-should be able to work closely with his team, sensing their pulse and leading, motivating and challenging them to achieve higher targets.
