Key Wee Doors is looking for a Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is confident on calls, understands customer requirements, follows up consistently and can convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp . Call prospective customers and understand their requirements. Explain Key Wee products, pricing and offers clearly. Follow up with customers regularly until the enquiry is converted or closed. Prepare and share quotations with customers. Negotiate with customers within the company's pricing guidelines. Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets. Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales. Reconnect with old/inactive leads to generate repeat opportunities. Coordinate with the internal team for order confirmation, billing and delivery updates. Maintain professional and polite communication with every customer. Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales or customer sales preferred. Excellent Hindi communication is required. Basic English communication is preferred. Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone. Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills . Should be comfortable making a high number of calls every day. Should be target-oriented and self-motivated . Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM . Previous experience in doors, windows, building materials, construction, interiors, furniture, hardware or similar industries will be an advantage. 💰 Salary & Incentives Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives Salary will depend on experience and sales ability. 📍 Location Gurgaon / Gurugram The role is primarily based around calling, customer follow-ups and sales coordination , so candidates should be comfortable managing their work independently and maintaining consistent communication with customers.
