Requirements & Qualifications: Education: ITI (Sheet Metal Worker / Welder / Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication within an electrical panel manufacturing company. Work Ethic: Quality-focused, safety-conscious, and a good team worker. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical panel structures and enclosures. Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding and sheet metal bending machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
