Below are the key responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition s Onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with delivery and business teams to understand hiring needs. Manage candidate databases and job postings on portals and social media. Ensure timely offer rollouts, background checks, and smooth onboarding experience. 2. HR Operations s Lifecycle Management Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Oversee employee life cycle events including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations. Coordinate timely issuance of letters (offer, increment, experience, etc.). • Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and HRMS updates. 3. Performance Management Support implementation of performance appraisal cycles. Coordinate feedback processes, goal setting, and mid-year/year-end reviews. Analyze performance data to support talent decisions. 4. Exit Management Facilitate smooth exit processes, including clearance and final settlements. Conduct exit interviews and provide analytics to support retention efforts. 5. Training s Development (Technical s Soft Skills) Identify training needs in coordination with delivery/project managers. Empanel freelance/short-term trainers for technical or domain-specific sessions. Coordinate logistics and execution of training workshops (virtual or in-person). Maintain training calendar and records. 6. HR Policy Implementation s Compliance Assist in driving HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal guidelines. Support audit and reporting activities as required.
