Junior Advocate

We are mainly looking for a male candidate with 1 year of experience as an Advocate Junior & Associate Advocate – District Court, Ghaziabad. Handle civil, consumer & Section 138 NI Act cases . Attend and conduct court proceedings and hearings . Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and affidavits . Conduct legal research, case preparation, and arguments . Handle evidence, documentation and client coordination . Follow cases from filing to final disposal . LL.B./B.A. LL.B. with strong interest in litigation. Freshers and experienced advocates with drafting & communication skills may apply.
