Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff. Generate leads and convert them into life insurance business. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with bank employees. Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track business performance. Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance as per company guidelines. Develop strong relationships with customers and bank partners. 🎯 Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Life Insurance experience is mandatory . Candidates with Bancassurance/Banca Sales experience will be preferred. Good communication and relationship-management skills. Strong sales and target-achievement orientation. Must have a bike/two-wheeler for field visits. Age: 25–35 years . Expected CTC: Maximum ₹4.25 LPA .
