Key Responsibilities . Customer Acquisition Business Generation- Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field activities- Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets- Generate leads through referrals and cross-sell financial products (insurance, loans, etc) Gold Appraisal Loan Processing- Conduct gold valuation (purity testing, weight verification) as per company standards - Process loan applications including documentation, KYC verification, and data entry- Ensure accurate loan disbursement, renewal, and closure within TAT- Counsel customers on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms Customer Relationship Service- Handle customer queries (walk-in, phone, email) and provide product guidance - Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and retention- Conduct follow-ups for renewals, collections, and overdue cases Branch Operations Cash Handling- Manage cash transactions and ensure adherence to cash handling guidelines - Support maintenance of branch records, daily MIS, and system data- Assist in gold packet handling, tagging, and storage processes Compliance Audit Support- Ensure adherence to KYC norms and internal policies for all transactions - Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all loans- Support internal/external audits and ensure zero deviations Market Outreach Local Engagement- Conduct local marketing activities, roadshows, and campaigns- Build relationships with local influencers, jewelers, and connectors- Track competitor offerings and gold price trendsKey Skills Competencies(Consolidated from profiles + market data)- Gold valuation appraisal basics- Sales target orientation - Customer service relationship management- Loan processing documentation- Cash handling basic operations- Communication interpersonal skills- MS Office / data entryQualification- Graduate (B.
